Marketplace records show volume and repeat business

Webflow Ecommerce stores
Ecommerce narrows the top 10 to seven people: Samuel Jara, Sami Rehman, Anton Astakhov, Sarafatul Islam, Matan Assulin, Aaron Atkins and Patrick Urwyler. The #1, Alex Glevsky, shows no Ecommerce work in his public record, so a store build points to Samuel Jara (#2, $65 an hour) instead.
Animation, interactions and GSAP
Nine of the ten show animation or interaction work, all but Aaron Atkins. Alex Glevsky names custom JavaScript and GSAP on his Upwork profile, which is the sign to look for when a design calls for scroll-driven motion beyond Webflow's built-in interactions panel.
Moving a WordPress site to Webflow
A migration succeeds when every old URL keeps working, at the same path or through a 301 redirect, and nine of the top 10 show migration work (Igor Dermanowski does not). Alex Glevsky's named migration services run the other way, out of Webflow and WordPress into a Claude Code project, “without changing a single URL”, which is the same discipline applied in reverse.
Custom code and integrations
Integrations are the one area all 10 cover, and nine show custom code (all but Patrick Urwyler). Alex Glevsky names HubSpot and custom APIs on his Upwork profile, and Igor Dermanowski's job title reads “Webflow Developer & Custom Solutions”. Ask each candidate to name the forms, CRMs and scripts they have connected before.
Technical SEO, speed and accessibility
SEO is covered by nine of the top 10, with Samuel Jara the gap; accessibility by five: Sami Rehman, Abdelhaleem Elgamal, Anton Astakhov, Sarafatul Islam and Matan Assulin. Alex Glevsky lists technical SEO and schema markup but no accessibility work, so a site that has to meet WCAG is better started with one of those five.
Multi-language sites
Only one of the top 10 shows localization work: Patrick Urwyler in Bern, who works in German and English. Outside the top 10, Gemin Pak in Seattle covers all 10 of our technical areas, localization included, and appears in the developer ranking at #6.

In the top 10, a $3,000 budget clears the published minimum of nine people; only Patrick Urwyler starts higher, at CHF 4,000 (about $4,845). Every published rate is on the hourly rates ranking.
Rates by country
Country explains part of the spread and not all of it. The two lowest rates come from Warsaw ($25) and Lagos ($45), the highest from Copenhagen (DKK 955, about $146), yet Tolu Deji, also in Lagos, charges $99.99. The three US-based freelancers who publish a rate charge $50, $85–90 and $100, so read each profile rather than assume a rate from the country.
Contract, deposit and ownership
Three things belong in writing before the first payment: the scope as a list of pages, the payment milestones, and that the site sits in your own Webflow Workspace from day one or moves there at launch. On Upwork, fixed-price milestones are funded into escrow before work starts, which settles the deposit question for the 9 people here with an Upwork profile.
